snagged a box of Q, D & N, and since many are mint fresh--opened them at the counter. this was a nice surprise--1962, roll weighs 114.5 Gm. thanks, Loomis8-). last week got a silver GW after many skunks:icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:. 2 boxes of halves ready for pick up today:dontknow: IMG_3961.webp

Thats a Loomis's roll, but the box looks like a Garda box.. how so?

yup, that is not the box it was in, just an empty I use for photos, silver was in a no holes box. good eye, Liu

It doesn't have to be a garda box, in my area that same style box is used for Loomis, Garda, and Dunbar, and all of the wrappers look the same (they do not say LOOMIS on them)...

Awesome ender! I did my 3rd box of dimes last night after getting skunked twice last year and I finally pulled my first silver dime. Not only that...but it was an ender as well! Unfortunately, the end that was visible was the reverse and it was DIRTY. I thought it was just a regular dime, so I didn't even know it was a silver ender until I opened the roll :dontknow: 1964-D was the date. Pretty common, but I'll take it for my first silver and first silver ender dime!
