2-1/2 Hour Beach hunt 11/19 (Gold)

I got to the Beach 11/19 with the new 10 inch DD D2 Coil on my DFX for a good hunt
It lasted about 2-1/2 hours this new coil is great, it goes deep and pinpointing is spot on including the depth.

I managed to scoop up:

56 Lincoln Cents
22 Jefferson Nickels
31 Roosevelt Dimes
29 Washington Quarters

Total $ 12.01 Clad

1 10 K Gold Ring Missing Stone
1 14 K Gold Pendant
1 925 Silver Ring Missing Stone


Misc. Stuff

Toy Car, Toy Motorcycle
Pair of Polo Sport Sunglasses

Great finds Bob.....that double D coil definitely will improve the coverage that you get per swing when hunting. I just want to clarify though....didn't you folks just have alot of beach erosion due to a coastal storm there?.....I have seen some really nice finds coming in lately from the "left coast" and figured that that had alot to do with it....HH....Brian

How long is the extension on your machine? It looks about twice as long as you are tall. LOL

Wow ! that's a great haul for just 2 1/2 hours. Heck, that's still a pretty good haul for 6-8 hours.

Findings are beginning to fall off a bit, but there has been a bit of beach erosion whitch helps bring up stuff.
