2 Days .... 3 Hunts---- one Post

Got out Yesterday for a Couple hours to see what may have been lost during Sundays Wine Festival.



Although I was swing my Detector the whole time,

my very sad Gas rebate only amounted to 55 Cents



Twice while walking around Swinging my detector I realized My garrett probe was gone,
it got so Frustrating, trying to backtrack & Eye-Ball it , I stopped at the dollar store on the way home.



Hopefully I'll be able to see it sooner Now

Looks like another good day jeff of pa. You might consider attaching a string (to you pants) for your pinpointer!

I did the same thing with my pinpointer too Jeff. I dropped mine at a couple of foundation sites in the woods earlier this year and was fortunate to even be able to find it.... I used yellow and orange also but since I do a lot of woods hunting and fall is rapidly approaching I'm thinking of changing the colors so it'll be easier to see among the leaves should I drop it. They make that tape in several colors so I'm sure I'll find some colors more suitable for fall.

LOL Thanks V I actually hook it to my Upper Rod Via Clips from My old Sovereigns S1 Probe,






But they don't hold the Garrett Tight. (tighter now with the Tape give it extra thickness)
but I think I'm going to need to invest in a Rifle Scope Mount

Yea DKinPA Bought Bright Orange last year, It pretty much Wore Off, so I bought the yellow & red duct tape to try,
but fear the same once Fall comes I think it will be like a Chameleon & Blend in

As per The people who live in The house that used to be the Original site of the 1791"SchoolHouse Church"



who placed the cache,
& say they may come say Hi if they see someone there, I will be visiting this cache regularly .

as Unless I see them Outside, I would prefer to have them approach me

I've been told years ago permission cannot be obtained.

But I haven't given up completely. people Change
& so do Circumstances over time.
Some for the worse, some for the Better.

My fear is more along the Line, I may regret this Thread

I've called the bluff on occasion with this cop out. I offer to give them my written disclaimer that I will not hold the owner responsible for ANYTHING that happens to me whilst on their property. Also, that I will pay for any damage caused by my probing the ground.

This, in exchange for a written/signed permission slip to allow my hunting.

Guess what happens? They come up with another lame cop out. LOL

Why can't they just say what they really mean? That they just don't want some fat old has been wrestler on their property yelling boom baby. It would take away from their property values. LOL

HH!
