just wondering what should be the proper gpm for my pump to be able to make my suction nozzle work ?

Good morning I use a 2.5 hp engine with a 2inch trash pump on mine it puts out about 40-50gpm. I have a Jobe 2 inch dredge highbanker combo.The pump only weighs about 22lbs.
