Bobcat, Tigers, Wolf and Bear

Weblos are the transition between Cubs and Boy Scouts. Once you complete all your requirements for the Arrow of Light, you can cross over to Boy Scouts and start as a Scout, then Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life and then Eagle.
