2 items not sure about

Hi all-
Any idea on this? I dug along side some CW bullets. CW related? Looks like a strap went through the loops.


And this I have no idea. Measures .4605 diameter and 1.4735 long (without the stem thing). The side opposite of the stem looks like material coming out. And heavier on that side. The weight is about the same as a .58 caliber 3 ringer. It's pretty heavy. This too was dug at the same place as above.

Item one could be part of a harmonica reed folded in half. I've found them like that.
