2 LC, Colonial buckle, Buttons and Silver

I got out for few hours on Tues and Thurs to a new site. On the first day , I found 2 buckles , one of which is a beautiful shoe buckle. ....








It rained pretty much the whole day on Weds so I was hoping that would help me out on Thurs. It sure did. I found a 1802+1803 large cent, 3 buttons , a buckle and what I believe is a 1773 or 1775 2-Reale. Thanks for looking!

Shoe Buckle is my favorite, don't understand how the hinge pin survives. Hope I can get a complete one someday.

Excellent finds. Nice condition on the copper, and the spanish silver is already scored for being quartered, which is really cool. I've only dug one that was scored like that, out of close to 30 reales dug.

Looks like you have yourself one great site. Not one, but two VERY nice draped bust large cents, great shoe buckle and a 2 real to boot. Draped bust large cents do come out of the ground often enough, but not in this condition. Half reals come out of the ground often enough, but not 2 reals. Way to go. You keep us all inspired.
