2 maybe 3 dog tags, 1952 1931 and 1895?

Not sure about the 1895. There is a date, but no id. Found in Richmond, va.

The 1895 scalloped one may be a tool check or some other kind of tag. Is there anything on the reverse?

There is no writing, but the scallop has a filligree etch
