Modern wadcutter slugs. Can't tell what caliber but most likely .38. Monty

On second thought I still think the one on the right is a wadcutter, but I can't tell about the first. How about some more information and perhaps a good picture?

Monty,

I believe it is a Thompson Center Arms Maxi Ball. It is a maximum penetrator. This one is .54 caliber. They are modern. I cast this one 3 years ago. ;D And no, they do not have to be buried in the ground to get that white oxide ;D. I just pulled this one out of one of my speed loaders. HH
