just kids rings, and some other stuff, including a 1923 wheat. The real story is that I had to borrow a water machine as mine is headed to see the detector Dr. I picked it up at the post office this morning and went right to the lake. I put the batteries in, and started to assemble it when I realized that at 2 feet long it was missing the middle rod! OH NO!!!! I had 3 other machines in the van, so I was able to make it work with another shaft, but I had to fight it the whole time in the water. You can bet I will have it ready to go the next time and that will be soon! :icon_thumleft:

Nice hunting!

My arm rest broke earlier this year( took two weeks to get a replacement,) so I rigged a strap
w/ velcro. Worked well enough, but man my arm was killing me. Hope you get yours
back soon.

Good luck,
HH.

Great haul ya got there Mike  I've got 2 water detector's myself, I was having problems with mine a couple years ago so I bought another one cause it was hot out and I just had to go water detect so in the meantime I send in the other machine and get it back with a note that said there's nothing wrong. Come to find out it was excessive emi where I was trying it. So now I have a backup water detector.

Nice haul there Mike. It is important to have at least one back up detector as fishermen have more than one fishn' rod.

sorry to hear about your struggle, but at least you pulled a few keepers. hope your detector gets back soon. HH

Nice finds Mike and way to be prepared with another detector on stand by :icon_thumleft:

Love the water finds! Maybe some day I'll give it a try. ffd

Glad you're getting out Mike. Nice you could cobble something together and scratch the itch. :)

HH
