2000 D penny ERROR

I don't know if I posted this one yet but here's a 2000 D Penny with an error, no copper layer. Also it has a line running through the last 0 and a line close to the word liberty. Would you consider this a close AM?

Looks like the copper plating bubbled up to me.

I agree with Matthew. Coin appears to have environment damage. Also, all 2000Ds are close am. That is the normal design.
