2004 US Cent extra raised line

New to coin collecting and I found this 2004 u.s. penny with an extra raised line just below the 2004 date.

Not sure what to make of it or if it adds any value, any comments/help appreciated.

Thanks Frank I have confirmed it's a bubble, surprised to see it as a straight line though.
