One of my goals this year is to find at least one buffalo a month to beat last year's record of 10. Pickins at the casino have been pretty sparse, but today, the last day of January, I got my first ---> [red]1918[/red] <--- so far so good! Thanks to Nic-a-Date it's even an all time first for my CRH collection, which is now at 31 of 64 possible dates. One more for 50% of the series!
Also got two more wartime silvers: 1943-S & 1945-P and two 40%ers from about $500 in halves. About $250 of that was shiny, new 2001-D's that had that "straight from the mint" look. One machine was chock full of them. Just my luck!
My weekend searching will be cut short by a Super Bowl par-tay I'm going to tomorrow. Enjoy the game everyone! Hope your 2009 hunting is off to a great start (some of you already are from the reports I'm seeing).
