2010 will go down as the best year I have ever had in this hobby. Here is the breakdown. 18 injuns, 2 Flying Eagles, 4 Buffalo's, 1 V-nickel, 3 Shield nickels, 10 Large Cents, 5 Kg coppers, a 1693 Irish William and Mary half penny, which is my oldest coin to date. Plus a beat up half cent. Aswell as 7 unidetifiable large coppers. For silver coins I ended the year with 24, the breakdown goes like this. 2 Barber quarters, 2 standing liberty's, 6 Washingtons, 1 Capped bust dime, 1 barber dime, 4 merc's, 1 roosie, 1 Seated half dime, 1 Three cent silver, 1 peace dollar, 1 Brittish 3 pence, and 3 half reale's.

For Relics it was a great year aswell. With my silver knee buckle being my best relic for the year. Also found a ram rod guide to an early Brittish musket. For buttons I dug well over a hundred, a lot of plain flat buttons. The two I have pictured in this post are a late 1700's marines button. And a Mass. civil war button. Many more relics were dug but thought I would just put the better one's in.

Hope you enjoy. This first post will show my favorite early coins. The rest will be in post's below.
1. 1723 KG I
2. A peeling KG III
3 and 4 a counterfit KG
5 and 6 1756 half reale
7 and 8 1775 half reale
9and 10 1782 half reale
