2015 D Penny Eerror

I just got a couple rolls of 2015 Penny's from the bank. I was searching through them and I found this 2015 Penny with some kind of indent on the reverse side right at the "N" in the word Cent.

It appears that the coin took a hit from something sharp at sometime after it was minted! It is not a Mint Error as you can see where the bottom of the ribbon (which has "ONE CENT" on it) between and below the "E" and "C" of CENT is misplaced southward due to the hit.
