Wow...love the early military buttons!

aj

What a fantastic year, Congrats on a good one and Good Luck in the next!

you had a great year! love the rev war buttons!

Now that's a good recap....nothin to be ashamed of there:thumbsup:

I hope after 20 years I still have the drive and places to go like you.
Very Impressive year, especially since its only like 2months worth..
Congrats IP..

Your finds per hour ratio is Olympian. Thanks for taking the rest of us along for the ride.

Indeed this year so far has had some moments, for me it was a 1736 Irish half penny and a pewter musket ball , i due to medical issues with i have not been able to get out much , happy hunting and keep it low and slow .

Many of those are awesome due to their history IP. I find all of your posts informative and often drool over your finds. Best of Luck the rest of December and for all of 2016 :notworthy:

A little here and there and at the end of the season it adds up to an awesome looking page of finds. Congrats on some the highlights of the season as you may never dig another as they're rare as hen's teeth.:occasion14:

I never thought about it, but the majority is either things I had never found before, or ones I haven't seen in many years. Probably in thirds... 1/3 new, 1/3 not dug in years, and 1/3 things I have dug in some numbers recently.... mainly the King's buttons, RPs, and French Marines.

When you have a post with the the 76th button it is very impressive, but put up up a post like this and it gets the blood pumping to get out and dig again! Very impressive year IP!

I know how good it feels to wrap up the season with something amazing. You had a hell of a season buddy. I know you were starting to think that you had basically nailed down most of the good sites....but this year has proven that there's still tons of killer finds in your area. I hope next season you find a pile of great finds....just a little tiny bit smaller and less awesome than my pile of finds lol

We'll be getting out this week and I just found what appears to be a great place. Settled in 1778 by multiple families and not a soul around now. It's one of these places that's either going to be a head scratcher why nothing is there, or be awesome. I can't wait to find out.

All i have to say is WOW!

Now there's a blast from the past! Which reminds me I never had a chance to post Kirk in his skunk mobile.
