That's what box of halves # 325 for the year has to be called. Admittedly, as we very quickly approaching 2008 it was inevitable. Even though the post '01 halves were not released for general circulation and the mintages were a fraction of halves minted before them, this box was over 50% 21st century halves. The vast majority were BAU '00p. Really, nice looking coins. The rest were 00d, 01p&d.....and it seemed only appropriate that the six keepers from this box were also from the 21st century: 02dx3 and 03px3.
Box #326 also had a better than average coins dated 200X, 00p again leading the way, but the keepers (all four) spanned both centuries: 67, 68dx2 & 04d.
