230$ in Nickels W/ Silver, 2 Key Dates and AN UNBELIEVABLE FIND!!!

I have recently picked up 230$ in nickels from two different banks. 100$ MWR and 130$ CWR. Have just finished going through them and have found some amazing coins. I managed to get 2 war nickels, 5 1939, 3 1940, 3 1941, 2009 p, a Canadian and a messed up coin. Now for the best part, while going through the last 100$ worth I pulled a 1942 D, 1938 D and the best looking 1940 I have ever seen. I can't believe I found another 1942 D (found one a few days ago)!!!! The 1942 D has a mintage of 13.9 million and the 1938 D has a mintage of 5.3 million!!!! As for the best find, in my opinion, is the beautiful 1940. This coin has been in circulation for 75 years and looks like it has just been minted!!!! The coin has partial steps and should be worth a few bucks. Overall, one of the better hunts of the year. HH, Zach

I'm working on Jeffersons. Still have a few holes to fill. I did take a long break from CRHing but everything in the book was found in the wild.

Yeah, it took me a good couple years and probably 150 boxes of nickels to do so

Actually the 44 S. I got 1943 D and was expecting it to be a different year when I saw the D initially was super shocked and excited. Good luck finding some more low minted years I personally find it more fun than halves
