25 counter stamped into a flying eagle cent /eagle side --coin in good shape

does anyone have ANY ideas at all who it could possibly be that counter stamped it ?--- Yah I know 25 was a very common thing to "counter" stamp on a coin -- as in 25 cents off or 25% off by some merchant or doctor --- no other markings just that --dang shame --the coin if not counter stamped would fetch a nice price because its in great shape --but without the unknown counterstamping mark on it --its only worth $10 bucks -- thats why I trying to figger out the possible stamper's ID --it would help its value greatly --- Ivan
