Very cool finds, diamondjim. That token is really sweet of course, but that pewter flat button is also a great find. Definitely early- I found a couple just like it at an 1820's site.

Wow, rather find that token than a dime anytime (unless it was a key date of course ). I have never seen one like that.

Sweet finds . That sounds liek a honey hole instead of a cellar hole. How do you find spots like that ? I am flying blind looking for new places to hunt where we are any advice

I love colonial buttons and artifacts. They are just so different than any thing else.

The quality of the items is great. The token is really nice also.
