2nd Barber Dime for the month... and a whatisit thingy

Hello all!

Still working the site that yielded me the 1899 barber, small 10K ring, '07 Indian... '09 Lincoln + 15+ common wheats...

I dug 4 memorial pennies and then a nice dime signal 4-6"...

1901 '0'

Here is the what is it... I got a '17 wheat and then this wheat.... or is it a wheat... is it a penny... what the... is it ... ??

It like it was a container or *shrug*

I can definetily see the ears of wheat on the reverse,
but looks like the front was carved out...
