2nd Hunt- Need Help Identifying Object

I found this at an old home site from the early 1900s. It was in a field that was used as a farm, so I think it may be a piece of farm equipment but I do not know. It is made from cast iron, any help would be welcomed.

Are there any markings on it? Have you cleaned it yet?
