I went out today and knocked on some doors. Ended up at a house that used to be an old schoolhouse. Did pretty well. Found my first tootsie toy car, a dragster. Also found my first franklin half. Then I found a silver ring stamped 800. A first for me as well. The ring is one of those puzzle rings. It came out of the ground all together then fell apart as I was cleaning the dirt out of it. I still can't figure out how to put it back together again. Oh well. First great day I've had in a while.

You did a great job by asking first before hunting, this help others and gives us the opportunity to make the hobby get the good news.
Thanks for using the first Code we all apply on outing👍😄

love the dragster... and the Ben is cool too... still looking for one myself...good job by you.

Some neat finds, congratulations. I had one of those puzzle rings years ago. Took awhile but finally figured it out. Keep trying and you will get it.

Looks like you had a good day. Congrats on those silvers. :occasion14: The Franklin continues to elude my coil. Who doesn't like a nice little tootsie toy.:dontknow:

Great day! Great finds! Congrats! Silver is always a sweet find!

Sweet Ben Franklin !!

I like Tootsies... but really like Franklins! Good show. Congrats.

Sweet Benny! I don't have one yet. Tootsie's are always a welcome find.

Franklin half dollars are hard to find. They had fewer years being minted than walkers. Big silver like that is always a thrill to find . good luck to you.

Awesome day!!

Nice to knock a few first off that long list of finds. My first big silver was a Franklin too and it wasn't to long ago that I found it. Still feeling good about that one.
Nice ring too, good luck putting it back together.
