Hi all,
It's been forever since I've posted....life has been too busy or the few hunts I've managed have had meager finds. But this past Sunday I met up with two good friends and we hit a spot we've hunted twice now. It is a camp which is still in use with lots of land to cover. On this hunt we focused on the grassy areas near the main house. I found three rings and Ron and Charlie both got one. I also dug a '57 silver Rosie and Ron found a '41 Merc. The weather was gorgeous and it was the best day hunting with friends. And it was nice to know my Explorer can still find silver!

Ron's finds included a neat Victorian jewelry(?) piece

Five rings between the 3 of us in about 5 hours of hunting.

My finds cleaned up.

Only the largest band was labeled (925 Thailand) but the guys thought all my rings were silver.
They looked pretty good coming out of the ground. Not bad for a non-water hunter!
