Found these 3 ringers the other week....I laid them out with a tape measure so you have an idea of caliper. Anybody have any thoughts on what these were for?

Nice job! Most that I find here in eastern N.C. are 58 cal. for a muzzle loading rifled musket

They look to be fired civil war era bullets.

Patina is right for civil war minie bullets for sure. Deformed as they are, no way to tell calibre without weight. Most likely .54, .58 or .69 cal. Nice job.

Parson, thanks for your help. Not everyday I see stuff like this when I'm digging here in my area. Interesting that they may date to civ.
