3 Silver and Some Wheats

I made it out to the vacant lot I've been detecting and found a few more wheat's, memorials , dimes and three silver dimes. A 1941 Merc , 1947 Rosie and a 1948 Rosie. I searched about a 1/4 of the lot , the rest will have to wait until the ground thaws abit. The area that I've been searching has thick grass so the ground is still easy to dig. The rest of the lot has very thin or no ground cover so its like trying to dig in cement. I did find out from the owner that there use to be an old school right beside the lot. The owner was out taking down her christmas decorations so I helped take them down and pack them away, I figured it was the least I could do for giving me permission to hunt her property. HH Tim

Well done ! You're right, ground is hard most places here, was soft last weekend in York, dug a few coins. I'm right up the road from you.
