Obviously too far gone to shoot it. One in working condition isn't worth much. Early 1900s or so and fires a .38 S&W cartridge which is shorter than a .38 Special. They were generally made for low power Black powder cartridges and some folks in later years have tried to shoot them with .38 Special ammo and had BAD results. Put it in a shadow box & hang it on the wall.

It's in to bad a shape to even try to fire it. I do appreciate the Info. My plans are to put it in a shadow box.
