3rd National Confederate Flag

Does anyone have any knowledge of value for a flag of this kind? A small 3" x 2.5" silk flag 3rd National. I do know it had a brass pin with it which I'm assuming was used to attach to your shirt, hat, etc. I've seen a 2nd National flag but I understand the 3rd National is must rarer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
