4 BIG COPPERS / ODDS N ENDS ..................... A TINY COIN ???????

Back out for a hunt today with the SandShark.....

I,m liking this machine more all the time... only complaint is you must dig everything... but when at a very old site .. it,s best to do just that I guess.

The One Stiver was a pleasant surprise....other 3 coppers are very poor shape.

The tiny coin ?..... is a mystery to me..... it has the same edge as coins do... but the words are not english.

Any ideas ?

The stiver is in pretty good shape, esp. on the one side.
a few of those have turned up around here, I think you got one previously ? I got one of each size, 1P, and 1/2 P

yes-- i thought so also....my other stiver is so bad you can,t read a thing..you ID it for me.

I found it in the saltwater and mud-- so very surprised at its condition.

No...it has a hole in the bottom...and is too thin to be that.

But i,m thinking it could be the leg off a jewellery box or something similar...but just a guess.
