If you mean written agreements you could probably find them on the web. I don't like to use them as it tends to be too formal & scares the farmer's. There is of course a risk with this approach but its never back fired with us. This is what helps us get land:
Check they are the Land Owner & not the Tentant
(Make sure someone witnesses your verbal agreement as this is a binding contract)
We are not interested in money we do it for interest & to increase our collection. We never sell stuff.
Take along a leaflet from your FLO on "the treasure act" (Information for finders of treasure), give this to farmers to read.
Explain to them if you find Treasure you are expected by Law to hand it in & that you are willing to slit it 50/50 with the Land Owner. If this happens it will formalise the verbal agreement for you.
As you don't like to sell stuff & you are building a collection you will have first refusal on all the finds. Any of great value & you would be willing to give them 1/2 the saleable price (rarely happens when the relationship builds) or you can give them a find of equal value.
As you find repeats of stuff you will be happy to give them some.
They will get rough maps of where good stuff is found & an explaination of the items & a theory of what happen on their land.
You will not damage to the land & in fact you will clear it of large iron pieces which damage the ploughs.
(keep the scrap lead as its worth a mint)
Honesty is the key.
PS. You will show them everything from a button to a gold coin.
