Yea Believe it or Not. Shortly after I took the pics, they pulled the signs Down

Being they are not a registered Auctioneers signs & the people living there are Renters.

Allot of Scenarios come to mind.

Like the Landlord offering them first option.
or scaring them into catching up on their Rent.
to Amish Snob Auction .
& only want family bidding

They obviously are Poor (hole in Roof)
Grass un-mowed.

I may drive by this afternoon & see if the place is Loaded with Amish Buggies
