4th of July find!

Hey, how has everyone been? I hope all had a happy & safe 4th! America!

I had a pretty good 4th it rained on the 3rd so I figured I would go out since I didn't have anything going on for once!
Well the first pic. is an In Situ of what I think is an Adze? I didn't get any other pics of it. I found a couple of other things but the best was the Arrowhead!
I had walked up the creek about a mile ( I was walking a pattern on the gravel bars) & hadn't found an Arrowhead, on my way back I almost went to the road to walk back to my car I decided to take the long way to my car ( Boy am I glad I did!) Because I missed this on my way up (& I was taking my time, just goes to show what you can miss!).

Any one have an idea on the type?

Where you been? I am glad to see you back posting and coming back down that creek !! Nice find in the gravel. I had to zoom in for it but then its late for me : )

I've been "out of loop" so to speak because of 100 + heat index for about a week & then a I was on mini vacation on the 25th.
Hopefully I'll be able to get out some more...but I don't want to say I will? Even if I get out I probably wont find anything I was lucky to find that!

Been doing great.I think we are going to hook up the boat Sat and hit North Ala for a day. Hopefully get some pics. Its hard to get pictures when you are waist deep in the River staying cool.

I think it does (I'm still learning) but I think from watching knapping vids & seeing how its done that it does? I'll post better pics.

BTW I'll post pics from the two I found last night (7th) later, a broken 1 & a bird side notch (broken corner off the base still cool though!).
