✅ SOLVED 5 Combination Bell Coupon Stamp - Need ID

[Pocket Change]

The stamp measures 17x22mm, no gum on reverse and just a tiny 3 on reverse in the center. I think it may be a telephone or telegraph type stamp. Any help on identification would be appreciated.
