Just wondering how consistent the placement of certain stars/feathers/letters are when it comes to printing bills ? any way case in point i noticed on the 5 dollar bill the star over Lincoln's right shoulder is "touching" his coat, but on a other bill the star is not touching his coat. Is that just the norm for paper currency or is it a error ? thanks for any info.
