I stopped by my bank a couple of weeks ago and asked about their suply of $2 bills. My teller said an elderly lady just came in with 40 of them so I took them. Out of the 40 I got 5 Red Seals. 4 of them were 1953's and the other was a 1928. Not the greatest shape but its the oldest bill I have ever gotten doing this.
Thanks,
Keith

Never saw your post but did just look it up. I only saw where thurmownator in a very polite way pointed out the paper currency forum, hardly "a bunch of snots", unless some posts were deleted. This thread will probably be moved also. Keep hunting and posting, its the best revenge.

hate to tell you this timbob, but your notes aren't gonna be worth 5 or 10 dollars each.. Maybe that's why you didn't get any responses.

What did you expect?

don't worry about them, just take care of your finds, protect them and they will eventually give you a decent return
treasure is where you find it. thanks for sharing

Davest, I looked up a 2006 star note that was going for $11.00, I figured my 2003 would be worth just as much, is that so hard to understand??
