Saturday was rainy, so most of the sales I had planned on going to were cancelled. This one was a couple that was moving to Hungary and was inside.

After turning over hundreds of silver plate items over the years, finally, found some Sterling creamer and sugar bowls. These are marked Gorham Sterling 1132 & 1133. Paid $1 each. So, there is hope! cant.jpgcant 1.jpgcant 2.jpg

I paid $3 for the canteen and pistol belt. It's labeled on the bottom us gp & f co 1943, so it should be WWII. Not in the greatest condition. Seems to be that the pistol belt is actually worth more than the canteen. I always try to pick up military stuff when it's reasonable.

A couple more dud sales, but it's always fun to look and chat with people.

That's a solid purchase. I'd pay $5.00 for that group all day!! Well done.
