50g. Gold Fever 999,9 Digital clock pendant

Forgot I even had this. Last time I saw it was about 20 years ago. Never paid much attention to it before it was put in a box and forgotten about. I got it from my mom. Can't find any information about it on the internet. It says "Quartz, Wirsome, Hessel Suisse, 50g., Gold Fever, 999,9. It weighs 19.8 grams. Can it be real??

About 25yrs.ago I had a cigarette lighter of a similar design,I paid around 14 dollars for it,I think at Sears.Everyone thought it was real gold.
