My friend gave me this coin and I think it is fake but I would like a second opinion. It is also magnetic, but if it is real what would it be worth?

Magnetic=fake

The real ones were silver.

It's a fantasy coin (based on the real thing). The real thing would be worth <$75 in XF or below, and $650 in uncirculated.

I have found several of these metal detecting in Taiwan today, but contrary to what you are saying some seem to be not silver and I don`t think fake coins are in the soil, what metal could they be made of, one is silver the others look more brass/golden like, all are NON-magnetic: here is the post with pictures:
