Went over my medieval site, and in three hours I found all this keepers :hello2:
The silver looking thing its the top part of a cross, I think its silver but don't know for sure, it came out of the dirt just like this, you can see a human figure on the top. Very excited about it!
There is a kind of a buckle with "gold paint", its a pity its folded, but the more I brush it the more gold shows of. :help:
Also nice thimbles, buttons, and some good looking coins from the beginning of the 1600's
The big thing on the top I dont know what it is, any input would be appreciate it. :dontknow:
Thanks for watching!

I have no idea about the age, but the finds are really sweet!!!

The first piece that shows could be the handle of an old spoon .... but it could better identify with another closer picture.

Thanks Hispan:

Yes, I cleaned them with vinegar, but I dont like the results. They have a thick layer of clay aggregate, that I´m having the hardest time cleaning. I have left them in water for days and days with no results, only the acid takes off the layer. What do you recomend? The coins are beautiful underneath, just need to get the clay off.

We are looking forward to seeing your finds once you arrive to your home sites!!! :icon_pirat:
