Spent the day in the water yesterday a little South of the treasurecoast. It was supposed to rain all day but as usual the weather man was wrong. Rain didn't start until late afternoon. I didn't get any gold but managed to pull five silver rings, a silver bracelet and one two junk rings. The water was rough yesterday in the morning which is when I made all the finds. In the afternoon it calmed down but didn't pull anything. All the rings were found at high tide which shows that you don't base your detecting on tides. Just get out there and dig it!

Whats your saltwater setting on equinox

Whats your saltwater setting on equinox

Default settings with discrimination set at 19 to 22 depending on whether it's calm or rough. If it's really rough I will take it down to eliminate most of the chatter.

Do you mean sensitivity to 19 to 22 ?

Wow! Nice haul. Thanks for the settings tip. Congrats

Slider, nice haul on the silver rings. With finds like this you'll have more rings than "Ringo" in no time at all.

Very nice! Very nice! My best day was 4 rings (posted here). Two gold and two silver. You did good. ╦╦C

Wow great day for you congrats. my best day was 3 silver rings

Wow congratulations on a great silver hunt. I envy you east cost guys and girls where the real goodies get replenished regularly. Here in the midwest it seems only the zinks and tabs do.
