An example of the bronze U.S. Mint medal dedicated to Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Lawrence Wood Robert Jr. (1933-1936). This medal was designed by the famous John R. Sinnock, chief engraver for the U.S. Mint from 1925 to 1947, and was engraved by Adam Pietz, Sinnock’s colleague, an assistant engraver at the mint.
