Here's what I found on the 24th and the 26th. Odd/weird pocket spills on BOTH days. 8/24 yielded silver in my first hole, with a pocket spill (not the odd one) consisting of a '46 wheatie and a '38 Washington. Later that day, I dug a '68d Kennedy half (my first!!). Got a .925 ring on the 26th. Not pictured is a small caliber fired bullet, 10 wheats ('20s-'50s), and a '72 Canadian cent (surface find). Clad for these two days was ~ $13 or so. Odd pocket spills : 8/24: 3 zincolns and 2 clad dimes (all from the 2000s) plastered to the back of the '68d Kennedy half (WTF??? :dontknow: :icon_scratch:). 8/26: '37 wheatie plastered to the back of a '79 quarter :icon_scratch: . Also got a '44 wheatie on the surface on the 26th. Pics below. Enjoy!! :)

Congratulations on the Kennedy! Nice looking ring also!

They may have been an odd combo but their in your collection now, WTG

Nice finds Paul,
You've had a really good year this year. Too bad that's a 40% half, but still, you don't see too many halves silver, sliver clad or clad; and now you know what those sound like. BTW, since you've found so many silver now, are you thinking of a name change? How about Shel Silverstein ?

shel-silverstein.webp ?

:icon_thumright: :icon_thumleft: for that half. sweet digs bro!
