Reverse is just marked Canteen Token in a circle with fat plus sign (+) at bottom. Token is probably brass, 20mm. Need City & State.

PC - the first thing one should do in trying to attribute tokens (or anything else, for that matter) is to do a little research. Google is your friend! Check it out! It looks like you have a bunch of tokens from India.
