Got rained out of work today, so I thought I would hunt some new fields I've been scouting from the air. A buddy got a hold of the land owner for me. I got permission and off I went. This field had been deep plowed, and hasn't been broken down yet. It was some ankle breaking stuff to walk, but I am excited bout hunting it again. I found a killer Sedalia point, i found both pieces and glued it back together. I got a great feeling about this spot, and will take my camera out to it next time. Shame about the full grooved axe. Good hunting to you all. John

Man thats gonna be a nice field to hunt, even though that sedalia was broke its still a nice long one. Wish I would come along a sedalia. one to mark off my list. good luck. JYD...

I know that you are excited by future hunts in that field. Thanks for sharing.

Nice hunt John a little rain will level it out. Recent plow break I guess? Nice

Nice looking finds John

You're very fortunate to find a field that someone actually still deep plows! A lot of places, people have went to no-till or shallow farming..ugghh. Sure makes it tough to find pointy rocks. Nice points.
