A 22LR casing ID please

Trying to ID this casing found along a Winchester Repeater from the early 1900's. It's tough to tell from the photo but the headstamp is a "P" with a star that is part of the "P" and a triangle mark to the left of the "P." It's 6.3500 mm wide and 15.875 mm tall.

Peters is one with a P on the headstamp like this:

PMC makes some with a triangle on the headstamp like this:

Maybe an early type of one of these? I can't come up with anything else.

Can you try to get a better pic? Or maybe draw it on a piece of paper?

A little better shot. It's tough to get a good shot without a macro lens.
Possibly a .22 short?

Been racking my brain ever since this appeared and finally found it. Powers-Rawl Tool driver cartridge, made by CCI for them 1998----
