Went digging few days ago, 2-12-20, and pop out a bucket lister..

Bucket lister is this Block "A" button. No markings on the back so a local button.

A very long spoon handle.

One flat button,

Flatin thimble and a toe tap.

That's a really nice one!!! Congrat's!

Iowa Dale

Nice Block A. A lot of the "locals" have rusted out tin backs (including the one I found), so to have an intact back with a shank like that is a nice bonus.

Very nice! Congrats!

Lovely button!

very nice recovery and in good shape too!

Thanks for all comments.. Hopely next time to that spot I'll pop another one or another bucket lister..

Nice finds- Congrats on that awesome A button!

Sweet finds, congrats! :occasion14:

Congrats on a killer day of digging!

Congrats on your bucket list button. That is a nice one.

That A is very confusing to me. It is obvious from a glance that it is a HT & B Manchester A, imported from England for the Confederates. The only thing is I have never seen or even heard of a HT & B button with a blank back. The button doesn't match any Confederate local buttons. If possible, I would contact William Leigh and get his insight on this button.

Congrats on a outstanding save!

Very nice button there. Looks like a great keeper that will probably clean up really nicely!

It was probably make in Wilmington NC?
