a couple of pieces of brass and what are they

Found near a Spanish america war camp. The Civil War bullets were a nice surprize. The brass is what needs some identity. Best to all.

Upper piece could be a kerosene lamp collar, hard telling though. Is it threaded?

It does look much like the one at the upper and nw part of your photo. No threading.

The smaller piece on top looks more like tarp grommet to me, it could have come from any number of things though?

Agreed. first item tarp... but more likely IMO a canvas grommet.

Second item IMO... candle stick drip plate.
