I recently received a couple of star notes from my atm and I was wondering if someone could give me some information about mintages, what they're worth, etc. The $20 is in darn near perfect condition and the $1 is decent. Both are birth year notes which is pretty cool. Thoughts?

The one dollar isn't a star. but they could be worth more depending on low serial numbers. I collect all star notes for retirement purposes.

printed in runs of 640,000, 5 runs for 3.2 Mil. yours is 4th run of the 5. list it for $27.50 & see if you get a bite. my 1st run 2013 $50 has a bid at $61.99

How can you tell that it's 4th of the 5? And so are first runs worth more? Sounds like you're getting a good deal there!

end of run 3 is 1.92 Mil. your s/n is 1.927 Mil. if needed a 2nd 3.2 M will be done, again in 5 runs of 640K. and yes low s/n matters plus any s/n like 01566510, 03056503, 00062126, 00640001, get it?, all other items are significant also, printing facility, issuing FRBank, signatures. just more stuff to fill more brain cells & make money:-)
