wheres the smokes:thumbsup:
Good marketing move Heh. They quit selling smokes, and replaced them with a quit smoking dept in their clinics. Guess they figured out they can make more money giving advice & selling nicoderm patches than packs of smokes. Haven't shopped there in years, too expensive compared to the others.

They may have stopped selling smokes, but the company still sucks to work for. I was there for five years. I was in management and only got 1 bonus the whole time because they set the goals and expectations so high that no one ever came close to reaching them. Their prices are so expensive that I never shopped there, even with our crappy 10% discount. On top of everything else, we had to go to manager meetings all the time on our days off - UNPAID. I'm waiting for a phone call any day now from a lawyer for the class action lawsuit that must surely be in the works to settle all the unpaid OT we all put in there over the years. Trust me, that "responsible company" campaign they are running is a bunch of BS.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of rolls did you find the sixpences in?

Both of them were just loose in the till. I think I've only found one silver coin through unrolling.

It's been a great last couple of months.

I'm amazed at the number of wheat pennies you find. I have to wonder when we'll discontinue the penny like Canada has done.

1957 D cent
1941 D nickel
1946 P nickel
1959 D nickel
2014 P nickel (uncirculated)
1976 P quarter

I got really exited unwrapping that roll because there were three Canadian dimes mixed in.

Those Canadian dimes are always a tease. I have found two silver Canadian dimes within a month of each other. Today I thought I pulled a Rosie out of a bank tube and it turned out to be a coin from the Netherlands. The euro cent came from a six dollar pile of pennies.

All the cents were found in the same roll. Saw a wheat poking out and opened up when I got home. Had a total of 33 pre-1982 cents.
