Had to drop off the dog at my sisters and hit the credit union for some cash before taking off for New England in the morning. Thought I'd hit a couple of banks on the way home. First bank the cute blond teller says she had no halves but the guy next to her has 40$ worth. So I get them and as I'm putting them in my bag she asks how many do I want
I say all of them and she says oh I have some rolls in the back do you want them too? DUH!! yes please. So I leave there with 300 in customer rolls. Get in the car and notice that most of the rolls have a familiar mark and a stamp. DAMN! I just bought this guys dumps again!!! I quickly bust through them not finding a single silver until I hit the original 4 rolls...woohooo! 27 40% redeemed!! Drive down the street to one more bank and go in and ask for halves and the teller asks me didn't you call a week or so ago about halves? I say yeah it was probably me and she says I tried to get a hold of you because right after you called we got a bunch in. I ask how much and she says I have 40 here and 310 in the vault. One teller does the exchange for the 40 while the other one goes to the vault. see that two of the rolls I have have the mark and the stamp on them, DAMN IT AGAIN!!!! I'm buying this guys dumps! I go ahead a d take them go to the truck and open the box and the first thing I see written on a roll is 1966 complete!! Am I being toyed with Some of my old tricks coming back to bite me in the ass? NOOOO! out of 31 rolls I have 15 and a half rolls of solid silver!!! all 40 % with one roll of 90% Kennedys!!! What a way to start my vacation!!
